Arklane – Returns and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have an issue with a product you received, you may be entitled to an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

Dissatisfaction with the Product
Deadline: Within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Conditions: The product must show no signs of use. For watches, the strap must not have been adjusted (no links removed).
Packaging: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging (including shipping packaging with label).
Non-compliance: No refund or exchange will be given.

Defective Product
Deadline: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receipt.
Important: If the defect is visible (e.g., broken glass, scratches, missing parts), you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send photos of the received package.
After 24 hours: It will be assumed that the damage was caused by improper use.

Returns or exchanges can only be processed after contacting our team.
Our team will guide you through the return process.

Inspection and Options
Once the returned package is received, our team will inspect it for compliance.
If approved, you can choose between:
a) Exchange for another available product
b) Refund of the amount paid for the product

The customer is responsible for bearing the return costs. Be sure to include your order number inside the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

30-Day Guarantee
Valid from the date of receipt.
To claim the guarantee, you must submit a video (max. 1 minute) clearly showing the issue – with visible shipping packaging and label.
Alternatively: Clear photos with visible packaging.

Guarantee Exclusions
Not covered:
a) Cosmetic damage after purchase (e.g., broken or scratched glass)
b) Damage caused by liquids or immersion in water (even if the product is water-resistant)
c) Damage caused by repairs or modifications by third parties
d) Improper use of accessories
e) Normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation, weak battery)
f) Stress tests (glass, water)
