Shipping Policy – Arklane

  1. Shipping and Delivery
    Products available in our shop are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout on our website by our suppliers.

1.1 Free Shipping
Our delivery service, called “Free Shipping”, is offered at a fixed price of £0.00. The estimated delivery time is 8 to 11 working days (after dispatch), depending on location. Shipping is processed within 2 to 5 working days after payment confirmation in our system. A tracking number will be provided so customers can monitor their order status.
Note: In some cases, this timeframe may be extended by a few days due to delays, strikes, holidays, postal overloads, or other circumstances beyond our control.

1.2 Taxable Products
The vast majority of orders (around 99%) are delivered without additional fees to the specified address. In rare cases, a package may be subject to customs charges. If this happens, a notice will be sent to the delivery address informing the customer that fees are due, and the package can be collected upon payment at the specified post office.

Recommended procedure:
Go to the post office mentioned in the notice and pick up your package.

Arken accepts no responsibility for refunds of any taxes or customs fees.

1.3 International Shipping
All orders placed in our shop are considered international shipments, as products are dispatched from our warehouse abroad. Therefore, import duties may apply, which are fully the customer’s responsibility (see section 1.2).

  1. Payment Confirmation
    Payment confirmation can take between 1 and 3 working days, depending on the payment provider and bank.

  2. Tracking
    Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number by email (and via the contact details provided at purchase). The code is usually sent within a maximum of 8 working days.

Please check the condition of the package upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged or shows visible defects, we recommend refusing acceptance and contacting our customer service immediately.

  1. Delivery and Re-Delivery
    Packages pass through customs before being forwarded to their final destination.
    Delivery is carried out by local postal services. If the recipient is absent or access is restricted, a collection notice may be left, allowing the package to be picked up at the nearest post office.

  2. Multiple Item Orders
    If your order contains multiple items, these may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking number.

  3. Shipment Information
    For international shipments, tracking information may appear 5 to 20 working days after dispatch of the code.
    The respective carrier is responsible for any transport damage.

  4. Delivery Address
    Please carefully check your address before completing the order. In case of errors or incomplete information, Arken cannot be held liable. If the package is returned to us, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipment.

  5. Possible Customs Fees
    Since this is an import service, all products may be subject to customs duties or formalities.
    Arken accepts no responsibility for taxes, additional fees, or charges imposed by local authorities.
